Original Art
Do you do commissioned work?
I am not currently taking on any commissioned work.

Why isn’t there any original art in your shop?
If there are no originals available in my shop, it is because they have all been sold. There is always new art in progress, and the best way to be informed is to sign up to my newsletter and you’ll be notified before new art is available online.

What medium do you use?
I love to use lots of different mediums. These include both oil and acrylic on canvas and paper—along with elements of charcoal, ink, watercolour, gouache, pastels, graphite, and pen. I’m not ruling anything out!

When my art arrives will it be ready to hang?
Original art on canvas is sent stretched and ready to hang unless specified otherwise in the shop product description. Original art on paper is sent unmatted and unframed, so you can choose how to display it in your own home.

Fine Art Prints
What are fine art prints?
A fine art print is a high-quality reproduction of original art. My artwork is printed in a Hahnemühle Certified Studio (a qualification held by only eight other people in Australia). Reproductions are of the highest archival quality, printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308—which is a white, 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture.

If you’re a printing nerd, you might also want to know that Photo Rag, with its premium matt inkjet coating, meets the highest industry standards for colour gamut, density, image sharpness, and colour graduation—while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.

Prints may be produced in limited editions as stated in the shop description for each listed print. Fine art prints may be selected with either a white border to allow space for matting and framing; or permanently mounted behind an off-white, textured matboard.

Do you make prints of all original artwork?
No. I only make fine art prints of carefully selected original artwork. I want each print to be as close to the original artwork as possible—and not all original artwork translates well to a fine art print.

What is the difference between paper and canvas printing?
All paper prints are reproduced on fine art paper (Photorag 308)—either permanently mounted or with a one-inch white border. Prints are all signed by the artist. I recommend you frame prints behind glass to ensure they are protected against damage (UV, moisture, dust). All canvas prints are reproduced on high quality canvas with a protective varnish.

How is my art packaged?
Ready-to-hang original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped in protective layers of bubble wrap and cardboard. Prints, depending on the size, are either packed flat or rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes.

When will I receive my art?
All prints are made to order, so please allow up to 14 business days from the date of purchase to your delivery date.
Original art is shipped within 3-5 business days from your date of purchase. We will notify you when your order is shipped.

What if I change my mind?
Please be aware that all our fine art prints are created specifically for you when you place an order. As such, all sales of prints are final and there are no returns or exchanges.

If you change your mind, original art may be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Original art must be in exactly the same condition as when it was shipped with original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. If the artwork is damaged in any way no refund or exchange will be issued.
