This hand crocheted scarflette in classic cream (or off-white) is crocheted from a chunky, slub* yarn with shiny thread spun through it. It features a scalloped edging that is crocheted part way along the length of the neckwarmer on one side. The frill can be worn facing up or down.

This neckwarmer has a section of crochet at the front, and then continues around in a ribbed pattern. It fastens with a length of crochet that can be pulled through a vintage, metallic-look, plastic buckle.

*slub yarn is a yarn made of fiber that is irregular in diameter and characterised by contrasting fat and thin areas along the length of the yarn.

Measurements: 49cm (19") circumference; 15cm (6") tall, including the frilled edge.
