opening hours - You can order online any time. If you order between 9am - 5pm on weekdays, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
shipping - When making a purchase, please select the region which is most appropriate for your postal address from the dropdown menu before adding the item to your cart. All shipping is charged at a flat rate. This means you are only charged once, regardless of how many items you purchase. Shipping rates, in Australian dollars, are as follows:
Australia & New Zealand: $10.00
North America: $12.00
Asia: $14.00
UK & Europe: $15.00
Everywhere Else: $20.00
Please do not be offended if some of your purchases arrive in packaging that has been recycled.
custom orders - If you would like one of the items you see on the website made in the colours and/or textures of your choice, please contact me for a free quote. Allow up to 14 days for custom orders. A custom order is undertaken when artish has received your payment. The item you request is made specifically for you so I am unable to cancel custom orders once I have started creating them.
payment - You can pay with your credit or debit card through my shop which uses PayPal - a fast and secure way to pay online. You do not have to be a PayPal account holder to use this service. Please note that all prices on this website are in Australian dollars, however if you are shopping internationally, Don't Panic!! PayPal will automatically make the currency conversion for you.
If you do not wish to use PayPal, I do offer alternative methods of payment. If you would like to make your payment by direct deposit, please email me to let me know so I can reserve the item for you until your payment clears. Bank details are below. Please use your surname as a reference.

delivery - Regular orders are shipped within 24 hours, while custom orders are shipped within 14 days of payment clearing. Please note that if you are NOT in Australia, your order will probably take about 2 weeks to arrive, however I am unable to give a precise delivery date.
returns and exchanges - If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unused and returned to me undamaged in their original packaging. I do not refund or exchange custom orders or postage charges unless the item is faulty as a direct result of artish workmanship.
I am unable to replace items that are lost or damaged during shipping, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of artish products. If you would like your item/s sent via registered post, please contact me before purchasing and this cost will be added to your order.
